Graduate Client Services London FTC 6 months £30000 pro rata Join an established Media Company working on experiential events TV and publishing. Acting as a close liaison for the company account management team, to provide support to order record online (bulk orders) from for the clients Liaison with clients to update them on when orders will arrive and tracking information. Ad hoc lead qualification support when required, providing support to contact leads from potential clients who want to purchase company services. Providing information about company products and pricing.

Person Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes. Motivation to consistently exceed expectations. Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative-taking with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a very busy environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams. Enthusiastic personality Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint; knowledge of Salesforce preferred. Self-confident and decisive attitude.
