Your Role We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to be based in Redditch, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will collaborate with your team and the wider Stantec community to deliver innovative solutions to high-profile clients while developing your engineering expertise in a truly multidisciplinary and creative environment. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest water clients in the industry and make a real difference in the communities we serve from the very beginning. Solve engineering problems and contribute to project delivery in a collaborative team. Use design software and tools such as ArcGIS to carry out engineering calculations. Develop designs and produce drawings, reports, and presentations. Undertake site visits to collect and collate data. Work alongside and learn from highly skilled Senior and Principal Civil Engineers. Receive dedicated mentorship to support your journey to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
