Role Overview We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in our Manchester office. From day one, you will contribute to significant projects within our Water division locally and nationally. From outline through to detailed design, you will help develop better ways to obtain, clean, and distribute water for communities, including pollution management schemes. In your day-to-day work, you will solve engineering problems, use design software and tools such as ArcGIS to carry out engineering calculations, develop designs, and produce drawings, reports, and presentations. You will also have opportunities to undertake site visits. You will work as part of a friendly, collaborative project team with guidance from highly skilled Senior and Principal Civil Engineers, and receive dedicated mentorship to support your journey to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
