Summary: The Graduate Business Analyst role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Supply Chain Management or related fields. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, focusing on various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement and performance tracking. The position emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to work under pressure while contributing to meaningful projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery
• Raising purchase requisitions to ensure timely availability of parts and materials
• Maintaining KPIs, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery performance, shortages and adjustments, cost tracking, and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis
• Data entry into internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Collaborating with the supply chain team to update them on order statuses
• Supporting additional tasks such as goods receiving, assembly order closure, and special projects
• Actively learning about products to enhance accuracy in work
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
