• Work with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Citrix, VMware Horizon VDI, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and MDM tools.
• Develop scripting and automation solutions using PowerShell and Bash.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
