Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global are looking for an experienced Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Google CCAI and DialogFlow CX to join a leading multi-media client based in Osterley, London on a 12-month contract. You’ll be responsible for building AI-powered voice bots, developing GenAI-driven conversational solutions, and integrating these with backend systems via APIs. This is a hands-on role within a SAFE Agile team, working on new implementations and helping shape the client’s conversational AI strategy.
