Summary: The role of Golang with DevOps focuses on developing secure and scalable enterprise-grade applications using Go, while implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Write secure scalable enterprise-grade Go applications.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and micro-services architecture.
- Implement DevOps practices, including infrastructure automation and CI/CD.
- Utilize cloud platforms and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
- Analyze and solve problems strategically.
- Apply best coding practices and agile development methodologies.
- Optimize backend applications to meet non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Utilize observability tools like SPLUNK and Dynatrace.
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Go programming language.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- In depth knowledge of best coding practices, code management, agile development practices and continuous delivery
- Understand how to performance optimise and fine tune backend applications to meet demanding NFRs
