Office Requirement: 3 days per week onsite

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications across Agile teams.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and engineering best practices to development teams.
• Design and develop high-performance applications using Golang and cloud-native technologies.
• Build scalable, secure, and resilient microservices-based solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design assessments, and code quality reviews.
• Define solution designs, technical standards, and implementation approaches.
• Implement distributed system patterns and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Design and optimize data solutions leveraging Document Databases and NoSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
