Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering end-to-end Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Aligning product, proposition, marketing, digital, sales and servicing teams around a common customer vision.
  • Leading cross-functional mobilisation and execution activities.
  • Creating rollout, launch and customer activation strategies.
  • Managing complex stakeholder groups and executive-level engagement.
  • Driving governance, prioritisation and delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Establishing customer lifecycle and engagement frameworks.
  • Defining success measures, KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Supporting campaign activation and customer journey optimisation.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, growth or profitability outcomes.
