Key Responsibilities:
- Manage goods receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical trial materials in warehouse and dispensary environments.
- Ensure activities within the CSO warehouse comply with GxP, EHS regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Execute materials management, warehouse management, and distribution transactions within SAP.
- Maintain compliance with transport security procedures, COSHH regulations, and hazardous goods legislation.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Liaise with Quality teams to maintain approvals and chain of custody.
- Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in Materials Management or Logistics, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Current working knowledge of GxP guidelines (preferred).
- RTITB Qualification for Reach and Counterbalance Forklift trucks.
- Experience in transportation of hazardous goods.
- Strong IT skills, including operational knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and networks.
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic.
