Summary: The General Manager for a luxury Build to Rent (BTR) development in Manchester will oversee all operational and budgetary aspects of the flagship residential project. - Taking full operational and financial responsibility for the high-end residential development
- Leading a motivated team to deliver consistently outstanding resident services and satisfaction
- Managing all aspects of building performance including occupancy rates, revenue optimisation, and cost control
- Creating vibrant resident communities through strategic engagement initiatives and events
- Ensuring absolute compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Developing and managing annual budgets while driving operational efficiency
- Implementing robust KPIs and reporting systems to monitor and improve performance
- Building strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns, and maintaining premium service standards
