About This Role

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional to join BlackRock’s Global Travel Services team. This role will be responsible for managing key global travel providers, including our preferred Travel Management Company (TMC), global travel technology strategy, and commercial airline relationships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning global business plans, optimizing T&E spend, enhancing the traveler experience, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead relationship management with global outsourced travel service providers, including oversight of 22 dedicated staff.
  • Manage specialty functions: Travel Technology: Drive adoption and training of travel platforms to improve cost efficiency and process effectiveness.
  • Group Travel Operations: Oversee operational execution of group air reservations.
  • Evaluate emerging travel technologies for global implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance client experience.
  • Monitor and report on global service level agreement compliance.
  • Promote travel services internally through targeted communications.
  • Manage commercial airline programs, including contract performance, cost-saving opportunities, and quarterly business reviews.
