Summary: The Global Quality Assurance Reviewer will conduct claim file reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and identify improvement opportunities within Casualty claims. This role requires collaboration across various claim complexities and geographies, emphasizing quality and technical excellence. The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days in the office. The contract is set to last until December 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality reviews on claim files in line with programme guidelines and best practice standards.
- Lead and organise Benchmark reviews, including scheduling, team oversight, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with business partners, delivering constructive feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
- Identify trends and areas for enhancement, working with claims teams to implement action plans.
- Provide support for personal development and skill enhancement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in handling and auditing Casualty claims across multiple sublines.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices in claims handling.
- Experience in claims analysis and audit is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make actionable recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Organised and proactive approach to work.
- Additional language skills (French and/or German) are desirable.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to other office locations.
