Summary: The Global Project Manager for HR & Payroll Transformation will lead the implementation of a global HR and payroll software solution across various international markets. This role demands strong leadership and governance to navigate diverse legal and regulatory environments. The position is largely remote with occasional travel to London and the Midlands. The successful candidate will ensure compliance and consistency across all markets while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global HR & payroll system implementation
- Manage country and market localisation, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax regulations
- Drive consistency across markets, ensuring all markets document requirements for local config and data requirements
- Establish and enforce strong governance, decision-making frameworks, and delivery timelines
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the software vendor / SI
- Bring structure and clarity to a programme that requires tighter control and coordination
Key Skills:
- Proven track record delivering global HR and payroll system implementations
- Strong experience managing multi-country rollouts with localisation requirements
- Ability to drive governance, structure, and accountability in complex programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working closely with third-party vendors
- Strong organisational and delivery-focused mindset

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the rollout of a global HR and payroll software solution across multiple international markets. This is a critical programme requiring strong leadership, structure, and governance to ensure successful delivery across diverse regions, each with unique legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global HR & payroll system implementation
- Manage country and market localisation, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax regulations
- Drive consistency across markets, ensuring all markets document requirements for local config and data requirements

Key Experience Required:
- Proven track record delivering global HR and payroll system implementations. Finance / ERP also considered.

- Strong organisational and delivery-focused mindset
