Summary: The Global Process Owner role involves leading the Source to Cash and Order to Cash processes for a business transformation project. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. The role is based in Hertfordshire and is offered on a 6-month contract outside IR35. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in process management within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and govern the global Source to Cash and Order to Cash processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and optimise S2C and O2C workflows across all regions and business units.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) to align process improvements with business strategy.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to drive operational excellence.
  • Define key process metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure performance and compliance.
  • Act as the escalation point for process-related issues, working closely with operational teams to resolve them effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Source to Cash and/or Order to Cash process management.
  • Strong background in the IT reseller, managed services, or IT consultancy industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Global Process Matrix.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement or transformation projects globally.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
