Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Product Owners, Architects, SMEs, and Transformation teams
  • Supporting governance, design assurance, and deployment readiness
  • Standardising AR/AP shared services operations and controls globally
  • Facilitating senior stakeholder alignment across complex international structures

Key Skills:

  • Strong end-to-end finance process expertise (P2P, O2C, R2R, AP/AR)
  • Experience in large-scale finance transformation programmes

SmartCo are seeking a versatile, experienced Global Process Owner (GPO) to help shape and drive a major enterprise-wide finance transformation programme. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving global process harmonisation, aligning regional finance operations, and supporting the rollout of D365 Finance across multiple markets.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading global finance process design across regions and workstreams
  • Driving “one global process” principles while balancing regulatory/local needs
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Architects, SMEs, and Transformation teams
