  • Own one or more modules within key change initiatives.
  • Organize and track a complex change agenda, coordinating deliverables and monitoring progress.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities among different teams and entities.
  • Draft content for communications and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Translate priorities of People Team leaders into actionable plans.
  • Prepare updates and materials for senior leaders to facilitate engagement.
  • Assist in leadership discussions and decision-making processes.

What You'll Do

The Global People Team aims to ensure that BCG has the right set of programs and policies in place to attract, develop, excite, and retain the best talent in the market across all cohorts and to make sure we have the right measures in place to support the success of our people, our teams and our clients. As Global People Team Change Manager , you will be part of the Global People Team to accelerate the People change strategic initiatives by collaborating across OneBCG (Regions, Systems, Specialty Business Units, functions and initiatives such as L&D, Talent Acquisition, Teaming@BCG, Talent Management, Unlocking Potential) to advance BCG Employee Value Proposition and/or to continuously improve the overall people function works.

Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Global People Team Change Director to help run special projects that cut across multiple People teams and require engagement and alignment across the BCG organization (e.g., Amplify Impact, REACHES, CD of the Future). Key responsibilities include supporting the Global People Team Change Director in:

  • Own proactively one or more modules within key change people initiatives
  • Support in organizing and tracking a complex, interconnected change agenda: help coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, and flag potential issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Help identify white space in the organization and make sure different entity and/or teams (being it systems, regions or functions) collaborate effectively and drive together a commonly agreed agenda according to a shared timeline
  • Collaborate on the development of communications by drafting content and coordinating with stakeholders across the matrix, including the Global People Team Communications team, to align on messaging.
  • Work alongside with People Team leaders by helping translate their priorities into actionable plans that align with BCG’s People Team objectives.
  • Support Global People Team Change Director to collaborate with senior leaders by preparing a wholistic picture on the key updates, progress, and potential issues for attention to effectively engage senior leaders
  • Contribute to leadership discussions by assisting in the creation of materials, helping to frame issues, and providing support for decision-making processes.
