Summary: The role of Global Mobility Analyst involves supporting a prestigious investment bank in Belfast for a 12-month contract. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills to manage internal communications and documentation related to mobility operations. The analyst will collaborate with the Mobility & Immigration team to ensure effective communication and organization of information. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications (e.g., monthly newsletter), collaborating with the Mobility & Immigration team to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain team communication channels, including SharePoint sites, team posts, and email distribution lists.
- Communicate allowance changes to expatriate employees on a defined schedule.
- Maintain and update process documents and templates.
- Maintain user-friendly operating manuals, process guides, templates, and training materials.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in communications, collaboration, and document management.
- Experience supporting senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Educated in a relevant field to the role.
