This opportunity involves taking ownership of the ORW process, understanding the complexities and compliance requirements inherent in international remote work. Act as the main point of contact for the employee throughout the ORW life cycle. Provide advice/guidance and collaborative support regarding the interpretation and execution of the ORW policy and practices to both the business and employees. Confidently handle and resolve exceptional requests, engaging effectively with business stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day case management and processing of Overseas Remote Working (ORW) tickets. Maintain data integrity by using and updating systems consistently and accurately. Be a subject matter expert (SME) and develop a network and knowledge in all facets of ORW. Engage cross-functionally within the firm to advise obtain Tax guidance as required. Work autonomously on individual tickets and collaborate with the wider team to discuss and resolve more complex cases. Leverage and work closely with the Global Mobility shared service center. Identifying internal process improvement for ORW Connect to your skills and professional experience Proven experience of working within the field of international mobility either client facing or in-house. Understanding of the importance of global mobility compliance, particularly focused on global immigration, tax and risk management Experience in working with a global mindset & across cultures, including successfully with offshore service centres.
