The IT Programme Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Global Workplace Technology Programme. This role involves collaboration with key IT stakeholders and enterprise-wide partners to ensure successful delivery of multiple workstreams. The position requires managing teams to resolve issues, maintain timelines and budgets, and achieve a standardized global service delivery model.RoleWorking with the Global Head of Workplace Technology and Service Delivery leaders, this role will oversee the Global Workplace Technology Programme, which will: Standardize IT Service Delivery globally, including implementing a 24x7 outsourced service desk and associated processes (based on the ITIL framework). Consolidate multiple ServiceNow instances into a single, global platform to support the standard process framework. Implement a simple and effective financial charge-back mechanism for global IT services Define a client standard Digital Workplace model, including defining standard end user devices, office technology and management platforms. Deliver training and change management to internal global IT staff and user communityResponsibilities Develop programme goals, timelines and charters with key stakeholders Plan and manage multiple complex, regional, and cross-functional enterprise projects in-line with strategic and financial objectives Manage diverse stakeholders and vendors, anticipate needs and risks, and conduct effective meetings via Teams and email Build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and borders Develop and maintain programme plans, identify resource needs, and manage schedules Drive creative and practical solutions to issues through effective collaboration Adapt to changing business requirements and manage flexible resources Ensure steady-state IT support for new technologies and comprehensive issue resolution post implementation Manage the programme s financial health and establish an effective chargeback modelEssential Skills / Experience Minimum of 15 years in a Programme/Project Management role at a large organisation Experience of running RFP vendor selection processes Experience of the ITIL framework would be beneficial Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus but not essentialTo register your interest in the role, please don't hesitate to apply and you will be contacted by one of our consultants to discuss the role further with you.
