Summary: The role of Global Evidence Synthesis & Access Strategy Lead involves leading global evidence synthesis and value generation activities for innovative pharmaceutical products. This position is essential for supporting teams in developing payer evidence, HTA submissions, and value dossiers throughout product lifecycles. The candidate will collaborate with various cross-functional teams and provide leadership and mentorship to ensure effective market access strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of global value dossiers, payer evidence documents, and strategic materials to support access and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including health economics, clinical development, regulatory, and commercial to ensure integrated evidence strategies.
- Support early HTA engagement, local adaptation of global evidence, and payer negotiations at launch and key lifecycle milestones.
- Identify evidence gaps, coordinate real-world evidence generation, and ensure alignment with global product strategy.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and local affiliates.
- Represent payer perspectives in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including product launches, commercial strategy, or market access.
- Extensive experience in market access-related functions (e.g., health economics, outcomes research, HTA).
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or programs in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) preferred.
- Experience in global oversight of access strategy and payer evidence development.
