This is an exciting opportunity to help shape UAL's ambition to be a world leading creative university with global reach and influence. As Strategic Global Affairs Project Manager, you will play a central role in advancing UAL’s international partnerships, global thought leadership and global affairs portfolio. Working closely with the Provost of Central Saint Martins and Executive Dean of Global Affairs, you will coordinate complex cross institutional projects that strengthen UAL’s global position and drive strategic change. You will lead high impact initiatives, support international engagement activity and bring coherence to planning, governance and delivery across multiple teams and partners. The role combines strategic project management, research, planning and financial oversight with a strong emphasis on relationship building and collaboration. You will help develop new ways of working, support the launch of the Global Affairs portfolio and ensure that projects are delivered with clarity, pace and measurable impact. This is an opportunity to contribute to work that connects creativity with global challenges and opportunities and to support UAL’s ambition to influence international practice, research and education.

Your profile You will bring experience of managing complex projects within large multi stakeholder environments and have a strong understanding of the global Higher Education landscape. You will have worked closely with senior leaders and will be confident coordinating strategic plans, analysing data and guiding decision making. You will be skilled in financial planning and resource management and comfortable working across teams in a matrix environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage, influence and build trust will be essential as you work with colleagues across UAL and with external partners around the world. You will be organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload while keeping sight of long term objectives. Your approach will be collaborative, inclusive and solutions focused with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks and offer clear, evidence based recommendations.
