Summary: The GitHub & Microsoft Sales Executive at Eficode is responsible for driving sales growth of GitHub and Microsoft products across the Anglosphere. This role requires expertise in commercial sales strategies and client relationship management, focusing on maximizing vendor relationships and self-generated new business. The position involves acting as the primary contact for GitHub-related activities and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts. Success in this role will contribute to increasing the net revenue of GitHub and Microsoft services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead point of contact for GitHub across all Eficode customers, successfully growing the GitHub/Microsoft footprint and net revenue contribution.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Foster strong relationships with GitHub and Microsoft for referral business and commercial understanding.
- Help clients understand their Microsoft requirements while positioning Eficode as their Microsoft provider of choice.
- Recognize cross-selling or upselling opportunities within accounts and be responsible for self-generated new business.
- Negotiate contracts and quotations alongside other departments, ensuring consistent service.
- Accurately forecast and track client account metrics and maintain records within the CRM (Salesforce).
- Liaise with marketing teams to develop demand generation and lead identification programs.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working with and selling Microsoft products and services, including GitHub.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft App Innovation portfolio.
- Utilization of Microsoft Customer Engagement model and Microsoft Customer Incentives.
- A proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets.
- Successful experience within a customer-focused sales environment.
- Strong commercial/business sense and previous new business development experience.
- Ability to become a trusted advisor for clients and prospects.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and value-added reseller, software, or software services organization is a bonus.
- Salesforce CRM experience and understanding of Azure Cloud and/or GitHub would be beneficial.
