Summary: The role of GIS Web Developer (.NET & GIS) involves developing software applications with a focus on GIS technologies and .NET frameworks. The candidate will participate in code reviews, product release cycles, and technical migrations while collaborating in daily meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform code review of peers
- Involve in product release cycles and analysis of deliverables
- Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings and other internal meetings
- Conduct technical migration, research, and development to assess platform migration
- Develop software applications using Microsoft Technologies
- Engage in geospatial (web) application development using ESRI technologies or open-source technology
- Utilize Python for geoprocessing solutions and FME/Erdas Imagine
- Set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with continuous testing and gated check-ins
- Maintain good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
- Possess SC security clearance and experience working on Government projects
Key Skills:
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computers or Equivalent
- 4+ years of software application development experience in Microsoft Technologies
- Hands-on experience in ASP.NET with C#
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of GIS technologies
- Experience with C#, .Net Standard/.Net Core, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with MS SQL Server database
- Skills in Terraform and Ansible
- Experience in mobile application development, MS Azure, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Responsibilities: -Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computers or Equivalent

- Good understanding to the Software Development Life Cycle process
- Good understanding of GIS technologies
Requirements -S/W Development using: C#, .Net Standard/.Net Core, ASP.Net HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Client-side JavaScript frameworks. MS SQL Server database
-Geospatial (web) application development using at least one of the following: ESRI technologies (ESRI ArcGIS API for JavaScript/REST, WebApp builder, ArcGIS Runtime DSK for .Net)
-Open-source technology (Open Layers, Geo Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in using python to develop geoprocessing solutions and using FME/Erdas Imagine
-Excellent skills in terraform and ansible
