Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the registration and processing of bodily injury claims, including analysis of guarantees and responsibilities.
- Identify and apply relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Evaluate and monitor technical costs associated with claims.
- Select and analyze auxiliary professionals (doctors, lawyers) involved in claims.
- Indemnify victims and/or third-party payers.
- Exercise bodily injury recourse while respecting the company's interests.
Key Skills:
- Higher education in insurance law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in managing bodily injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of the Badinter law and its jurisprudential evolution.
- Familiarity with IRSA, IRCA, and PAOS conventions.
- Excellent writing skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Autonomy and rigor in managing claims.
