Summary: The role of Gestionnaire Middle-office collatéral involves managing collateral operations within an international bank. The position requires executing margin calls, reconciling positions with counterparties, and maintaining operational procedures. Candidates should have a background in finance or banking and relevant experience in collateral management or OTC products. This is a 6-month interim position in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Notify counterparties of margin calls in favor of the bank and those for which the bank acts as a calculation agent.
- Send portfolios to counterparties upon request.
- Respond to notifications from counterparties.
- Confirm transfers in the collateralization tool.
- Contact the Front Office to borrow securities posted as collateral.
- Reconcile counterparties outside of Trioptima using Excel.
- Monitor payment suspensions.
- Manage interest on activities.
- Perform various reporting tasks.
- Update operational modes and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Higher education in banking, finance, or management (minimum Bac+3).
- Initial experience in collateral management or OTC product management.
- Good level of English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and VBA.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
