Summary: Aquent is seeking a detail-oriented German-speaking Data Analyst to join a pioneering organization focused on advancing artificial intelligence. The role involves engaging with diverse data types to enhance AI development while maintaining high standards of confidentiality. This is a fully on-site, 6-month contract position based in London, offering a competitive daily rate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the ethical development of AI systems that are transformative for users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, upholding customer privacy as a paramount principle.
- Engage with a diverse array of data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, contributing to a multifaceted AI development process.
- Produce high-quality labeled data by meticulously adhering to provided guidelines and utilizing specialized in-house tools and software.
- Generate precise human insight data across various modalities, such as text, image, video, and audio, to inform and improve AI models.
- Exercise sound judgment and logical decision-making when navigating ambiguous or incomplete information during task execution.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the agility to seamlessly transition between different project requirements.
- Provide consistent support for daily operational deliverables across multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
- Analyze root causes of issues, identify recurring error patterns, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
- Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational challenges within standard procedures and tools, suggesting improvements to streamline operations.
- Offer floor support to clarify internal queries and provide guidance during execution as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Skills:
- An Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language, enabling nuanced understanding and processing of linguistic data.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), essential for clear communication and documentation.
