Summary: This role is for German-speaking professionals to work as Machine Learning Assistants for a major global company in central London. The position involves evaluating dialogue across various data types and delivering high-quality labelled data while adhering to provided guidelines. Candidates will analyze error patterns and propose solutions to improve data quality. The contract is temporary for six months with a potential extension, requiring in-office work five days a week due to confidentiality concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a range of data including text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labelled data, using guidelines provided to meet KPIs
- Analyse root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labelling tasks and their outputs
- Generate high-quality human insight data across a range of channels
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Identify process and operational issues and suggest changes to unblock operations
Key Skills:
- Fluency in German language (CEFR C1+)
- Written and spoken knowledge of English (CEFR C1+)
- Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports and proposals
- Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyse complex business documents
- Developed research, analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
- A keen eye for detail and ability to pivot from one category of requirement to another

The Opportunity
Working for one of the biggest global companies in the world, this is a brilliant 6-month temporary position for German speaking professionals to work as one of their Machine Learning Assistants in their head offices in central London. Working as part of a wider team, the role itself will be undertaking tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio and video data.

- Daily rate: £140 + holiday allowance (c. £160) – paid via PAYE (i.e. weekly payroll)
