Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Maintenance of creditors ledger
- Weekly supplier payment runs
- Monitoring AP inbox and liaising with suppliers on any issues
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Maintain and update short-term cash-flow forecasts
- Review postings for VAT returns
- Posting customer receipts
- Monthly reconciliations of Fixed Assets
- Management of Fixed Asset register (removing/disposing of old assets)
- Managing the Sales of Fixed Assets
- Reviewing Purchase Request and Purchase Orders
- Monitor and resolve system sync errors between Yooz and NetSuite
- Reviewing exceptional expenses and handling reimbursement
- T&E Analysis
- Completion of fortnightly employee expense run
- Bank Reconciliations
- Saving all bank statements and bank reconciliations from NetSuite
- Accruals/Prepayments postings
- Fixed Asset depreciation/proposal posting
- Amortisation schedule postings
Key Skills:
- Fluency in German
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an all-round Accounts Assistant role
- Studying towards a finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA) is ideal
- Ability to start immediately

- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in an all round Accounts Assistant role
