Location: Hybrid | Warrington office 2 days per week.
Contract Inside IR35
Job Description: 5 years of experience:
Work with vendor and Utilities stakeholders to capture current state Geospatial (ArcGIS) Architecture, Non-functional requirements and assist with Business requirements gathering.
Create a Solutions Options Appraisal of a target state Architecture with candidate building blocks. Input to a delivery roadmap with indicative pricing.
Be logical, meticulous and thorough, with strong problem-solving skills and data analysis.
Have an understanding of issues relating to the quality of data and how these can be resolved.
Have good English written and verbal skills, be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with technical specialists from other disciplines and with non-technical people in language that they will understand.
Be self-reliant and motivated to look beyond the immediate task, see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to do things better, providing added value to the client.
