Summary: The Genesys Technical Business Analyst role is focused on supporting the migration, optimization, and enhancement of a customer experience platform. The analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are effectively captured and implemented. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for the Genesys platform.
  • Map current contact centre processes and identify opportunities for improvement during the migration process.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Genesys solutions.
  • Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to the new Genesys environment, mitigating risks and minimising disruption.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify missing features or required enhancements.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide ongoing support post-migration to ensure optimal platform performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Engage, or PureConnect platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with platform migration projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
