Summary: We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a Genesys Contact Centre solution. The role requires a minimum of 10 to 12 years of contact centre experience, particularly with the Genesys CaaS solution, and involves significant travel to London and other hubs. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and will last between 6 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Genesys Contact Centre solution.
- Lead and manage the implementation of the Genesys CaaS solution.
- Travel to London and other hubs as required.
- Utilize extensive contact centre experience to guide project execution.
