Genesys Consultant

Summary: Energize Cloud is looking for a skilled Genesys Consultant to assist in a contract role focused on integration enablement and technical validation for Genesys Cloud environments. The consultant will support customer project launches and provide advisory services during configuration. Key responsibilities include developing POCs and ensuring knowledge transfer through documentation. The role requires strong technical expertise in Genesys Cloud and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide internal enablement and technical delivery support
• Develop and assist with POCs, sandbox trials, and feasibility validation
• Support standing up customer projects and advising on solution design
• Work in a consulting and advisory capacity while customers execute their own configuration
• Participate in pairing, design reviews, and produce clear documentation to ensure full knowledge transfer

Key Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Genesys Cloud
• Experience with inbound call flows, SIP, call recording, and metadata
• Familiarity with SIP architectures, hybrid models, and failure modes
• Understanding of SIP-based integration patterns
• Experience integrating with CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems
• Consulting-first approach with the ability to provide informed solution opinions
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Ability to support technical delivery while aligning with customer design ownership
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional project environments
