Summary: As a Genesys CloudCX Chatbot Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots on the Genesys CloudCX platform, enhancing customer interactions. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create workflows that meet customer needs and implementing natural language processing capabilities. You will also integrate chatbots with backend systems and continuously optimize their performance based on user feedback. This position requires a strong technical background in chatbot development and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot workflows that meet customer needs.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience.
- Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services to provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insights.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using the Genesys CloudCX platform or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java with experience in chatbot development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
- Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Architectural diagrams, Docker, Microservices, Software Engineering and Design Architecture, UML diagrams.
