Summary: The role of Generative AI Data Scientist/Agentic AI involves leading the development of AI systems within a global IT company. The position requires translating business needs into AI solutions, designing data pipelines, and applying generative AI techniques across various use cases. The candidate will also be responsible for building Python-based solutions and documenting the development process for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI development process from concept to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into clear AI solution designs.
• Design and build data pipelines and AI workflows based on Azure cloud and Databricks.
• Apply Generative AI techniques for text, code, image, and multimodal use cases.
• Utilise agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Google ADK or similar.
• Build solutions for LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and multi-agent AI workflows.
• Build Python based solutions using key data science and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Prepare documentation and sharing solution designs, decisions, and results with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Skills:

• Strong Python skills.
• PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar AI/ML libraries.
• Extensive data science experience including Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience in developing prompts and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Agentic AI frameworks.
• Databricks for data engineering and ML workflows.
• Azure cloud and MLOps practices.
• Clear communication and ability to connect technical work to business needs.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG solutions, and multi-agent systems will be beneficial.
