Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one tutoring in Art and Creative Writing.
- Support a neurodivergent learner with ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, and Hypermobility.
- Adapt sessions to the learner's energy levels and engagement.
- Encourage creative expression as a means of communication and confidence-building.
- Foster emotional wellbeing and build trust with the learner.
- Follow the learner’s lead while gradually introducing structure.
Key Skills:
- Experience in SEN/SEMH support.
- Background in mentoring or therapeutic education.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
