Role: GCP Infrastructure / SRE Engineer
Location
Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Halifax or Edinburgh (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in week)
Contract: Inside IR 35
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain GCP infrastructure and API Management platforms
- Support Apigee/API Gateway and broader integration services
- Develop and maintain Terraform IaC for automated cloud provisioning
- Implement CI/CD, automation, observability and reliability improvements
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, focusing on permanent fixes through engineering and automation
- Implement security, compliance, SLOs/SLIs , high availability and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with architecture and product teams on cloud platform development
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation and mentoring
