What you’ll do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient GCP solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure best practices for cloud security, governance, and compliance are upheld
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies to continuously improve cloud architecture and operations

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing GCP solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, security, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Kubernetes
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Experience with multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud solutions
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in cloud architecture, with significant experience in GCP environments
• Demonstrated success leading complex cloud projects from conception to deployment
