Summary: The Gas & Power Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the Energy Trading sector by leveraging expertise in Gas and Power markets. The position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, ETRM systems, and trade capture processes. The analyst will play a crucial role in the organization's digital transformation, specifically in the implementation of a new Power ETRM system. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are essential for collaborating with offshore teams and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand market dynamics affecting Gas and Power trading.
• Work with ETRM systems for product onboarding, trade capture, and end-of-day calculations.
• Introduce new functionalities related to trade volumes and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
• Guide clients through operational challenges and market shifts during IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Document processes and improvements to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and manage stakeholder communications.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Energy Trading, specifically in Gas and Power.
• Strong background in trading platforms and ETRM systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product onboarding, curve setup, complex pricing, and valuations.
