Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a range of service and maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard
• Producing gas safety certificates and ensuring all properties have up to date certification
• Conducting responsive and planned plumbing works within tenanted properties
• Completing detailed work reports and ordering required materials
• Carrying out servicing and repairs of boilers, cylinders, and pumps
• Diagnosing faults and rectifying them in a prompt and appropriate manner

Key Skills:

• Must be gas safe registered with CCN1 & CENWAT
