Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local council.

Contract Details:

Location: Dudley

Contract: Council

Work Type: Central Heating Repairs

Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week with minimum of set 3 days per week

Contract Length: Ongoing

Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

• 30.44 per completed repair


• 19.57 per completed landlord gas service plus 9.57 per gas fire

Requirements:

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer


• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)


• Panel Van (plain or sign written)


• Gas Safe Registration


• Clean DBS Check


• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence


• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser


• 2m Public Liability Insurance


• No unspent criminal convictions
