- £2m Public Liability Insurance.
- No unspent criminal convictions.
- Panel Van (plain or sign written).
- No more than 6 points on Driving Licence.

They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Midland Heart Housing Association.
Contract Details:
- Location: Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester
- Contract: Midland Heart Housing Association
- Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
