Summary: This role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months as the Future Fit Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead, based at the Leicester Support Centre with hybrid working arrangements. The position focuses on driving the people-side of change during a significant business transformation program aimed at standardizing processes, data, and systems. The OCM Lead will work to ensure the adoption of new ways of working, improve colleague experience, and realize business benefits through behavioral change and reduced resistance.
