Summary: The Funded Training Project Manager at 3t will oversee the viability and delivery of training programs funded through various contracts, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. This role involves managing contract mobilization and delivery, maximizing funding drawdown, and maintaining project planning tools. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adept at multitasking, and skilled in stakeholder management. This position is based in Newcastle, UK, and is a permanent full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure due diligence for new contracts is completed in collaboration with the Compliance team.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to facilitate course delivery in suitable facilities.
- Provide initial briefings to the Marketing Team for learner and B2B inquiries.
- Liaise with the Marketing Team to set up new courses in the booking system.
- Work with the Planning Team to ensure sufficient instructor/course capacity for targets.
- Maintain the project planning tool, setting up tasks and reporting on project progress.
- Monitor upcoming contracts and funding availability for drawdown.
- Ensure sufficient training spaces for the Funded Learning team to book learners.
