Summary: The Fund Administrator role is a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin City Centre, focusing on ETF dealing processes and PCF Basket production. The position involves engaging with clients, managing settlements, and assisting with audit and risk queries. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including ETF Support and IT development. There is potential for extension or permanency based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with AP/Clients in relation to ETF Dealing and operational queries.
- Instruct and monitor the settlement of the ETF.
- Assist the team manager in audit queries, client queries, and risk related items.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Work closely with the ETF Support team and engage with the development team on various IT initiatives.
Key Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in accounting, or business-related area.
- Experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management.
- Knowledge of financial operations and of ETF's.
- Flexibility in being able to support the global ETF operating model.
