We are recruiting for a Fund Administration Specialist to join our client, a global infrastructure investment firm.

About the role
The client is seeking an experienced Interim Fund Administration Specialist to join their team on a 9-month contract.
The successful candidate will be based on-site in London, supporting the finance and fund operations function during a period of growth and fund launches.
Key responsibilities include;
- Supporting the preparation and oversight of fund accounts
- Acting as a key liaison with external fund administrators and service providers
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to support the launch and operational set-up of new funds
- Assisting with ongoing fund operations and related reporting activities
- Ensuring the timely delivery of fund administration activities and associated governance requirements
- Supporting the preparation and oversight of fund accounts

About you
You will be an experienced Fund Administration professional with infrastructure fund exposure and a strong understanding of fund accounting, operations, and governance.
You will have experience working with external fund administrators and service providers, supporting fund launches, and delivering high-quality reporting within an investment management environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
