My client is a leading Financial Services institution with hubs in London and across the UK. This role is based in Sheffield and is a 12 mth FTC that could become permanent.
Job Description
Key aspects of the Middle Office Portfolio Operations Senior Manager (Future Fund) role include:* Overseeing the insourcing and implementation of the portfolio admin process from an external counterparty. Once insourced, embedding the BAU process as part of the wider Middle Office to oversee the ongoing support of the portfolio
* Continuously improving the insourced process and aligning to wider Portfolio Operations processes
* Manging the portfolio data through the Salesforce system
* Managing the engagement with Portfolio Companies to manage the quarterly MI ingestion and validation process of performance information
* Managing the relationships with the valuations team to deliver the quarterly portfolio valuations
* Managing the portfolio company transactions and engaging with portfolio companies in relation to events and transactions such as conversions, defaults and exits
* Support the Future Fund team to scrutinise and assess the portfolio as part of the ongoing monitoring
* Working with second line to manage the risk of the portfolio in line with risk management frameworks
* Helping to manage the small Middle Office Future Fund Portfolio Admin team
* Representing the team in organisation wide projects and initiatives
