Summary: The Fund Accountant Manager role is a hands-on position within the Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions department, requiring a blend of technical expertise and operational involvement. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables, manage client relationships, and support junior staff while actively contributing to daily operations. This position emphasizes both leadership and technical skills in fund accounting, particularly with alternative investment fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee complex technical topics in fund accounting.
- Provide hands-on support, problem-solving, and decision-making for technical matters.
- Perform detailed reviews of accounting files and NAV calculations, including complex elements such as performance fees, management fees, and waterfall models, before delivery to clients.
- Ensure high-quality production, timely deliveries, and strict adherence to internal processes.
- Participate in client calls, ensuring clear communication, process improvements, and technical explanations when needed.
- Contribute to operational improvements and innovation across the team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Manager in Fund Accounting to join our Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department. This role sits within a hybrid team supporting structures that combine UCITS-like features with alternative investment fund characteristics. It is not a pure people-management role: we need someone who combines strong technical expertise, close proximity to operations, direct client oversight, and the ability to support junior staff by actively contributing to day-to-day production when necessary.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliverables, maintaining client satisfaction, managing client requests when required, and guaranteeing compliance with internal processes and contractual frameworks.
