Key duties and responsibilities
- Oversight of outsourced providers work including accounting, tax, VAT providers, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations
- Manage the year-end audit processes and take the lead
- Handle the interest payments and preparation of debt reporting, liaising with agents and service providers, as and when required
- Manage payment runs, liaising with the transactional team and service providers
- Prepare reports of performance metrics and key financial information for investor reports
- Provide bespoke reports for numerous stakeholders across the business for the provision of actuals against budgets, debt/equity statements and tenant covenant analysis
- Assist with the creation of new entities and structures, as required
- Assist the Investment team with the onboarding of new clients
- Ad-hoc project work as and when needed by senior management
Experience & Qualifications
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- 2-4 years’ PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Experience of fund accounting and valuations
- Previous experience of private equity would be highly beneficial
- Working knowledge of IFRS or FRS 102
- Strong excel and communication skills
- Experience of process improvement and documentation
- Ability to work on own accord and deliver reports in a timely manner

With an international footprint across multiple countries, you will be joining a diverse organisation that invests globally and is looking at opportunities and expansion all the time.
Reporting
Reporting directly into the head of fund accounting, you will be instrumental in the team with a new fundraise just around the corner, implementing new strategies and huge involvement in deal origination.
Work Arrangement
This is primarily an office-based role in London and requires you to be in with the team, 4 days per week.
There will be flexibility as and when needed.
Daily Rate/Salary
This exciting opportunity for a fund accountant will pay between £65k-£75k, depending on your experience and background.
We are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible and have earmarked a minimum of six months work.
There is a high chance that this will go permanent if proves a success.
