Summary: The role of Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) involves leading ERP implementation and optimization initiatives in a global context. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee integrations with third-party systems. This position requires extensive experience with D365 F&O and a strong understanding of database systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document functional specifications.
- Oversee and design integrations between D365 F&O and third-party ISVs, collaborating with technical teams for data integration.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX, including recent global implementations.
- Deep knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance and HR.
- Strong understanding of database systems, data mapping, and integration tools.
- Experience in large-scale organizations (PLC's or 1000+ employees).
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.
